With over 10 years of relevant experience, Lucky has an impressive track record of helping start-ups build their entire product development team from scratch. She is a true purple squirrel hunter and has helped some of the best companies find top talents across various domains such as e-commerce, internet, logistics, payment, real estate, and product development. Currently working as the Talent Acquisition at Uber, Lucky is responsible for hiring Senior Staff Engineers, Software Engineers, and Engineering Managers for the backend, data, and frontend teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Prior to joining Uber, Lucky worked as a Recruiter II at Amazon, where she made 25+ SDE 3 offers during her one-year tenure and received a promising new joiner award.
